Shipping and delivery policy

We pack and ship orders within 5 business days of receipt. 

Please allow 5 - 8 business days for receipt of your artwork.

A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $15 for orders Australia-wide.

Where can you post?

We post Australia-wide (sorry, no international orders)

We can post to any residential or workplace address.

Sorry, due to painting size, we cannot ship to PO Box or Locked Bag address. 

Please note: if there is no-one home at the time of delivery by Australia Post, they may leave a card requesting collection from your local post office.

Once your order has been shipped, Connie Gurzeni and Dandelion Seed Print Photography Studio accepts no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or damage to your property. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by an event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight.

All orders will be delivered via safe drop if nobody is home to receive it, unless otherwise selected at checkout. Safe drop is performed at the customer’s risk and Connie Gurzeni and Dandelion Seed Print Photography Studio is not liable for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.

Return policy 

You are welcome to return an item within 14 days of purchase if it has been damaged in-transit.

Photographic evidence of the damaged item will need to be provided.

Once we have inspected the goods, we will organise to refund your payment.

Sorry – we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
